What are the benefits of an RFID system like Easy RFID Pro?

Does this work with our rental software?
All of the data that Easy RFID Pro needs can be exported from most rental systems. Easy RFID Pro is a stand alone, low-cost solution that will not communicate back to your rental software but serves as a separate system that gets data from your rental software and sends it to our party rental inventory tracking system.
Can it read a bin full of linens or tent fabric?
Yes, it can read 100’s of tags per second. Best of all, you don’t need to see the items you are reading.
Is Easy RFID Pro user friendly?
Absolutely! It takes only minutes to train someone and it is very intuitive even without training.
Can I read the condition of the tent top or color variation of a linen?
Yes, not only can you do that, but you can also enter notes about that specific item.
Are the RFID tags expensive? How long will they last?
In general, the RFID tags we use are less that $1 per tag. The tags will last for many years and many scans. Yes, they can be washed in tent washers and high extraction washing machines.
Do I need special equipment to attach the tags?
Generally speaking no. Give us a call and we can go over all of the options we have available depending on your needs and capabilities.
How long does it take to implement your solution?
In general, we can have you up and running in about 21 days from the date you place your order. This includes shipping tags, purchasing hardware and getting your software up and running.
Can I tag my tent pipes too?
At this time we have not been able to produce good results with metal surfaces such as tent pipes and fittings. Our system will work with tables, chairs, and other items. Just give us a call to discuss.
Do you come to our facility to install the system and tag my equipment?
Most of our customers will not need that level of assistance to implement our RFID inventory tracking for tents system. If you would like someone to be on site for implementation and training we do offer that option.
Is this system compatible with IOS devices?
At this time Easy RFID Pro is only supported on Android devices.
