We're a full-service party rental company, and for years we dealt with what every rental operation knows too well: orders going out with the wrong items, inventory that never quite matched reality, and no good system to catch mistakes before they became customer problems.

We looked at every RFID solution available. The ones built for linens, retail, and other industries were either the wrong fit or far too expensive to implement. So we did what any frustrated operator does — we tried everything else first.

Nothing worked well enough. So after years of development and real-world testing, we built our own — a platform designed from the ground up for full-service party rental operations. Then...

The workflow is simple: pick, scan, and load. When a job comes back or even at the job site upon pickup, scan it in and assign a status — ready to rent, needs a wash, or needs repair — then put it in the right area. It doesn't matter if something is in the wrong bag or has an old handwritten tag, because the RFID tag is permanently affixed and the scan is always right.
