In general, we can have you up and running in about 21 days from the date you place your order. This includes shipping tags, purchasing hardware and getting your software up and running.
At this time we have not been able to produce good results with metal surfaces such as tent pipes and fittings. We can read tags on metal but we can't read through metal.
Most of our customers will not need that level of assistance to implement our RFID inventory tracking system. If you would like someone to be on site for implementation and training we do offer that option. For Fixed reader installation we require two visits. The first is to evaluate your needs and netowrk layout. The second is for installation and testing. Onsite visits are charge a flat rate plus travel expenses.
At this time Easy RFID Pro is only supported on Android devices.
No, our software and haardware solutions are customizable to fit most needs. We have a strong presence in Party, Tool and Audio visual rental industries but have many customer that don't fit any of those profiles.
