Easy RFID Pro replaces manual counting with instant batch scanning — read hundreds of items in seconds without opening bags or boxes. Easy RFID Pro works as either a standalone system or one fully integrated with your rental software. All the data Easy RFID Pro needs can be exported from most rental systems, and we offer our API at no cost to customers. Our RFID tags generally cost about $1 to $5 each via Easy RFID Pro's Store and are built to survive years of use and hundreds of scans. All of our RFID tags are washable and hold up through tent, laundry, and dish washers.

In general, we can have you up and running in about 21 days from the date you place your order. This includes shipping tags, purchasing hardware and getting your software up and running.
At this time we have not been able to produce reliable results tagging metal surfaces directly, such as tent pipes and fittings. RFID tags can be read when placed on metal, but the signal can't pass through it. Our on-metal tags are designed to work around this. Tables, chairs, and most other rental items read reliably.
Most of our customers will not need that level of assistance to implement our RFID inventory tracking system. If you would like someone on-site for implementation and training, we do offer that option. For fixed reader installation, we require two visits: the first to evaluate your needs and network layout, and the second for installation and testing. On-site visits are charged a flat rate plus travel expenses.
At this time Easy RFID Pro is only supported on Android devices.
No, our software and hardware solutions are customizable to fit most needs. We have a strong presence in Party Rental, Tent Rental, Linen Rental, Tool Rental, and Audio Visual Rental industries, but we still have and support customers that don't fit any of those profiles.
