All proprietary workflows, configurations, branding elements, documentation, and enhancements developed under Easy RFID Pro remain the property of Easy RFID Pro.
The software may incorporate third-party components, which remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Easy RFID Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Except as expressly provided in a signed agreement, services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
